Cream of Turkey Soup
/Cream of Turkey Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (I prefer Natural Value because it's gum free and packaged in BPA-free containers)
- 1 can lite coconut milk (same brand)
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 3/4 cup arrowroot starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
Instructions
Shred the turkey (I like to use my KitchenAid as it shreds perfectly!) Whisk the coconut milk in a saucepan. Add in arrowroot and spices and whisk together. Add turkey. Cook over medium heat until soup becomes thick.
